PROCESS INFORMATION:
Audit processes are controlled via our Procedure 02 and Procedure 09.
Processes for granting or refusing certificates are contained within our file BAS(D)01 and BAS(P)02.
Processes for maintaining, renewing or suspending or withdrawing certificates are contained within our file BAS(D)01 and BAS(P)09.
The processes for expanding or reducing the scope of certification is to request the amendment in writing to the BAS office.
The type of management systems and certification schemes in which BAS operates is restricted to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
The use of the certification body’s name and certification mark or logo is governed by our Terms and Conditions BAS(G)01.
The process for handling requests for information, complaints and appeals is to apply via the contact form on our web site.
Our policy on impartiality is BAS(Pol)01.01.
